I work with clients on a wide range of emotional and behavioural issues, whether in the present or originating in the past.
I offer therapeutic support to people struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and trauma and other difficulties, helping them to better understand and manage these life challenges.
I provide individuals with a safe, supportive space to explore their dreams, fears, disappointments and challenges. My aim is to help them create a rich, fulfilling life for themselves, a life in balance, free of fear, and to build healthy relationships with themselves and others.
